Bombil Fry: The Crispy Delight

Bombil, commonly known as Bombay Duck, is a fish native to the coastal regions of Konkan and Bombil Fry is one of its cherished dishes. Moreover, bombils are marinated in various spices before being coated with semolina and then deep fried till they turn golden brown all over the skin surface but remain soft inside.
