Commonly called Aluchi Bhaji, it is less well-known perhaps outside Maharashtra than Alu Vadi, the other famous dish made with colocasia leaves. However, this mellow, tangy curry is a must-have on traditional social gatherings & festivals in Konkan that pairs well with Bhakri or Rice.
