The beach is calm and quiet with impeccable cleanliness. The most popular attraction of this place is Temple of Lord Shiva which is close to the Kunkeshwar beach and is a sacred place for Hindus. Devgad and Vijaydurg Fort are the great historic monuments in the area.

 

Padavane is blessed with 700 meter long beautiful seashore and is very famous for the production of Alphonso mangoes. Classic Konkani sea food with its wonderful taste is a special attraction for food lovers. Padavane with all its beauty is a sure shot holiday spot that can mesmerise people and make them visit the place again and again.

 

However, there aren't many accommodations available near the beach, but you can find decent places to stay in nearby towns. Keep in mind that there might not be any fancy restaurants around this area; however, you will find some local vendors selling snacks and fast food.

 

The best time to visit this beach is during the winter season, i.e., from November to February when the weather is pleasant. You should avoid visiting during monsoon due to high tides and strong winds. Please respect the beauty of the beach and refrain from littering or causing any damage to the environment.
